Grace Bus values donor privacy and will not sell, rent, or trade donor information to third parties.
Donor information may be used internally for donation processing, receipting, donor communication, stewardship and reporting, and legal or financial compliance.
Grace Bus may share donor information only when necessary for secure donation processing, legal compliance, or professional administrative support.
Grace Bus may accept gifts designated for a specific project, initiative, or purpose when that designation is clear and administratively feasible.
Examples may include support for Sponsor a Village, Sponsor a Bus, hospital development, outreach missions, or other approved campaigns.
Grace Bus reserves the right to decline or reassign overly restrictive gifts that cannot be administered responsibly or that no longer meet active mission needs.
At this time, Grace Bus may review non-cash gifts such as equipment, goods, or other assets on a case-by-case basis.
Grace Bus is not obligated to accept every non-cash contribution. Acceptance will depend on factors such as usefulness to the mission, legal or tax implications, cost of storage, maintenance, or transfer, and administrative feasibility.
Potential donors wishing to contribute non-cash or unusual gifts should contact Grace Bus before making the donation.
Certain gifts may be connected to sponsorship opportunities, naming opportunities, or recognition arrangements where applicable.
Any recognition, naming, or sponsorship designation is subject to Grace Bus approval and must align with the organization’s mission, values, and branding standards.
Grace Bus may update this Gift Policy from time to time as the organization grows and its fundraising structure becomes more developed.
Any updated version posted on this website will supersede prior versions.
