Gift Policies

Grace Bus is a ministry under Grace Citadel, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are grateful for every contribution made to support our mission of bringing healthcare, humanitarian support, and hope to underserved communities.

This Gift Policy explains how donations are received, used, and managed.

Gift Acceptance

Grace Bus gladly accepts charitable contributions that support its mission and programs. Gifts may be accepted in the form of one-time donations, recurring donations, sponsorship gifts, checks, and other approved charitable contributions.

Grace Bus reserves the right to decline any gift that is inconsistent with its mission, values, legal obligations, or operational capacity.

Use of Donations

Unless otherwise clearly designated and accepted for a specific purpose, all donations will be treated as unrestricted gifts and may be used where most needed to support Grace Bus and Grace Citadel initiatives.

When a donor gives to a specific campaign, project, or sponsorship area, Grace Bus will make every reasonable effort to apply the gift as designated. If the original designated purpose becomes unavailable, impractical, fully funded, or no longer aligned with current operational needs, Grace Bus reserves the right to redirect the gift to a similar mission-aligned purpose.

Tax-Deductible Status

To the extent permitted by law, contributions are tax-deductible.
