Refund Policy

Charitable contributions are generally considered final and non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error, in the wrong amount, or as a duplicate transaction, the donor should contact Grace Bus as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will generally be returned using the original payment method.

Grace Bus reserves the right to request supporting information before issuing any refund.
